This tutorial will show you how to use the clone stamp tool effectively in Photoshop to create your own images using multiple photos.


This tutorial recommends that you don’t watch the following video unless you need further help.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not follow the steps in the video. Its purpose is to show where the tools are and how they are used. Follow the steps below the video.


STEP 1: Put the following 3 images below into Photoshop

Make this image the SECOND BASE LAYER

Make this image the SECOND BASE LAYER

Make this images the THIRD BASE LAYER

Make this image the BASE LAYER

note: make sure the layer you want to edit in Photoshop is selected on the bottom right.


STEP 2: Select the clone stamp tool on the left column to cover up mirror using the SECOND BASE LAYER. Press the option button on your keyboard to select what part of the SECOND BASE LAYER photo you want to copy and paste and then use cursor to paste inside the mirror in the BASE LAYER photo. Then erase every all of the SECOND BASE LAYER photo except for what is inside the mirror. The following image is what it yours should look like.

STEP 3: Crop everything but the trees in the third base layer photo. Then change the opacity so it blends in with the grass in the base layer photo.


STEP 4: Bring photo into Lightroom to add your own edits and filters to photo.

Below is what your final image should look like (besides Lightroom edits).
