How to shoot a successful sports media day!

Hey all, my name is Jack McCauley ‘26, and in today’s video, I will be teaching you how I do my media day shoots for our sports teams here at Blair. So follow along and I hope you enjoy

Materials:

Camera with a flash adapter on top (I use a Canon R100)

Flash connector that’s connected to your Profoto Light

Profoto light with a stand

Octobox prefered but any light hood works!

Solid color background (I use white)
