How can I use movement to highlight the passion that connects us?
Time presents: A technicolored passion. Everyone has something they're passionate about. Through photographing people I get to uncover my subject's individual light. These photo sessions felt like a pressure chamber of exploration. I played with color like paint, using gels to tint my subjects’ reality. I chased movements like dance, capturing long exposures that blurred motion with intention. When those moments were frozen, I could tease shadows, coax light, bend hues to my will. I explored the color curve not to correct, but for visual satisfaction. Dance and movement, once separate, merged with photography.
